Check out the fun recipes below!Caprese Grilled Cheese:with slice of Mozzarella, Tomato, & BasilTriple Cheese Grilled Cheese:with slices Cheddar, Provolone, & MozzarellaCalifornia Grilled Cheese:with slice Pepper Jack, mashed Avocado, & squeeze of Lime Classic Tomato Basil SoupIngredients:5 peeled tomatoes1 yellow onion2 cups chicken broth1 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, grated (or minced)1/2 tsp celery salt3 leaves basil 1 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp black pepperDirections:Add peeled tomatoes into pot, on medium heat, with chicken broth, onion, garlic, celery salt, basil leaves, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bring to boil, and boil for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes have stewed. Pour into blender and puree the mixture. Put back in pot and season with salt & pepper (if desired) while bringing back to heat. Top with basil and shredded mozzarella.
