Fall Foliage Watch – Fashion Tuna

Fall is my favorite time of year. Football returns. Leaves change colors. Pumpkins and apples become ripe for picking. The weather gets cooler. Pumpkin spice lattes return. And starts as a great prelude to the holiday season. What’s not to love? Watching the leaves change colors then fall of their branches is just magical to me. It is beauty in its most natural form. So pack your bags with sweaters, jeans, and boots and get ready for cool weather, falling leaves, apple cider, pumpkins, and all of the fall feels with these amazing fall destinations!

  1. Yosemite National Park
    • It is very rare to catch fall here, but if you manage it you are in for the treat of a lifetime.
  2. Bavaria, Germany
    • It’s Oktoberfest season! Also, the amazing castles here look like a dream with all of the colorful leaves surrounding them.
  3. Lake Placid, New York
    • Enjoy the lake during fall when it is vibrant with color! There are many spots to hike and explore. Plus, there is some great apple picking.
  4. Blue Ridge Parkway, North Carolina
    • Go for a drive among the mountains in a forrest of color.

    • It’s no surprise that this colonial, witch hunting town is a huge halloween destination. But, did you also know that it is known in New England for is amazing fall colors? Go see for yourself.

    • A great time to go and beat the crowds. Cruises are also cheaper during this time!
