1 Cup Tonic Water

1 Cup Ice

Directions:

  1. Juice 2 1/2 grapefruits. Slice other 1/2 for garnishes.
  2. Slice cucumber into rounds. Peel on is optional – I personally like the added color.
  3. Add grapefruit juice, tonic, and vodka. Stir.
  4. In layers, add slices of grapefruit and cucumber rounds, saving some to garnish glasses. Add Rosemary sprigs.
  5. Top with ice.
  6. Garnish glasses with slices of grapefruit and cucumber, and sprig of rosemary. Pour and enjoy!
