Fashion Tuna’s Holiday Fitness Routine One of the greatest things of the Holiday Season? All of the yummy treats! But all that delicious food makes it hard to maintain that ideal shape we want, especially during this magical time of year (full of parties). This year, I am trying to keep things on track, and as stress-free as possible, with a simple, at-home, holiday fitness routine! Start out with making sure your body is getting enough water. Eight cups is recommended, which can be hard due to all these holiday lattes I’ve been consuming. Also, be sure to get enough sleep! The holiday season can be draining, and lack of sleep can lead to weight gain. Your body knows when it is tired; be sure to listen. * REPEAT X 3Then go indulge on some Christmas cookies and eggnog 😉
