When cooking for myself, I like to keep things simple and light. Plus, I’m not a big fan of leftovers. That’s why I love these chicken caesar wraps!Makes 2 wrapsIngredients:1 boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup water1/3 cup Caesar dressing romaine lettuceparmesan cheese2 large flour tortillasDirections:In advance, cook chicken breast in crockpot on high for 1-1 1/2 hours, depending on weight, with 1/2 cup water (may also boil chicken if easier). After chicken has fully cooled, then shred, or thinly slice it. Mix chicken and caesar dressing together in a bowl. Place half of caesar chicken in center of each tortilla. Add romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese.Tuck ends in and wrap up tightly. Cut in half and enjoy!
