I spent this year’s Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco! I was only there for a little over 24 hours, but that gives you plenty of time to see some of the best sites in The City!We started the trip with an amazing view of the Bay Bridge and skyline. The hotel was in the Financial District, with views over the bay and of Coit Tower. It was incredible to wake up to! We did the must see stops – Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, & Fisherman’s Wharf. Two of the best spots for Golden Gate Bridge views on this side of the bay are at Crissy Field and Fort Point, both right beside the water. The Palace of Fine Arts is a very picturesque spot that is fun to explore.Fisherman’s Wharf is a great spot for lunch! There are tons of options, but we chose Alioto’s with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Wharf. I definitely recommend it (and their bloody mary’s & oysters)! I cannot wait to make another trip to continue exploring this great city!First views of the city.Waking up in San Francisco with gorgeous Bay views & Coit Tower!Golden Gate Bridge views from Crissy Field. The Palace of Fine Arts is a fun place to explore, plus it provides the background for great photos 😉Views of the city with Alcatraz in the background. Fort Point is a great place to get a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge while watching waves crash on the rocks. Fisherman’s Wharf is an iconic San Francisco landmark, so what better way to enjoy it than with fresh seafood & Golden Gate views? We had lunch on the Wharf at Alioto’s. It was Super Bowl Weekend, so we had some fun exploring Super Bowl City for Super Bowl 50.
