My New Year’s Resolutions for 2019


  1. Communicate
  2. Hustle
  3. Exercise
  4. Make Healthy Choices
  5. Travel More
  6. Be Joyful
  7. Focus On Me
  8. Take Self-Care Seriously
  9. Spend More Time Doing What I Love
  10. Try New Things



  1. I am terrible at communicating and responding to people, so communication is my number one thing to work on.
  2. I can be lazy and procrastinate and need to focus on my hustle.
  3. Exercise is good for you and I need to focus on my health.
  4. Everything in moderation.
  5. I forgot how much I love to travel and experience new places and cultures.
  6. Joyfulness is key.
  7. I can be my own worst enemy, so it is time to become best friends with myself and focus on me.
  8. Take self-care seriously with routines, skincare, exercise, food, and health. I feel so much better when I do.
  9. You only live once, so spend more time doing stuff you love.
  10. When you try something new, you gain life experience and decide whether or not you like it. I think you should always try something once.
